GROUP BOOKINGS

Pilu at Freshwater is the perfect venue for your group and function requirements. We can cater for weddings, birthdays, christenings, client dinners, corporate presentations, book and product launches or any other festivity. We work with you to create events that are tailored and unforgettable.

All bookings of 10 guests or over are required to order from our mini a la carte menu. Variations can be arranged and will be priced accordingly.

Private Dining Options
Blue Room' with its own private balcony overlooking Freshwater Beach has capacity for 12-18 adult guests and a minimum spend requirement of $1,400.

Garden Room' with direct access to the terrace garden which overlooks the beach has exclusive use capacity for 20-28 adult guests and a minimum spend requirement of $2,400.

Marquee' is a covered area at the front of the restaurant in the garden. This area has capacity for 45 guests seated or up to 60 guests for cocktails and canapés.

Price Guide
For 10-15 guests, there are three menu options
2 courses $78, with 5 choices for entrée and main, 3 choices for dessert
3 courses $95, with 5 choices for entrée and main, 3 choices for dessert
Degustation menu $105 ($160 with matched wines)

For 16-28 guests
3 courses $95, with 5 choices for entrée and main, 3 choices for dessert
Degustation menu $105 ($160 with matched wines)

Groups of 29 or over can also be accommodated in various areas of the restaurant. Please discuss these options with the events coordinator.
