Our wine list has been created to offer guests an ‘adventure’ in drinking, and celebrates the wonderful diversity and quality that both Italy and Australia have to offer. We aim to showcase the unique and unusual, while not forgetting the classics. To complement the cuisine, we give special focus to the regions of southern Italy, with an emphasis on Sardinia, as these wine styles have a natural affinity with our food.
